Sea Salt

I use sea salt in all my recipes.  I’ve learned that this EatFree swap goes a long way in curbing cravings for processed foods.   Reason?  As opposed to regular salt, sea salt has more of its accompanying natural minerals intact.  Some good options are Himalayan Pink, Celtic Gray, or Hawaiian Red.
