Light Club Sandwich Salad

Ingredients*:

  • 1 teaspoon mayo
  • 2 cups mixed baby salad greens
  • 1/2 roma tomato, cubed
  • 1/4 avocado, cubed
  • 2 slices bacon, crisped and chopped
  • 2 slices roasted turkey breast, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons fiber twigs cereal

Directions:

  1. Whisk mayo with 2 teaspoons water.  Set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients.  Dress with thinned out mayo.  Enjoy!

*For one lunch serving size-please scale up or down accordingly.
