- 1 teaspoon mayo
- 2 cups mixed baby salad greens
- 1/2 roma tomato, cubed
- 1/4 avocado, cubed
- 2 slices bacon, crisped and chopped
- 2 slices roasted turkey breast, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons fiber twigs cereal
- Whisk mayo with 2 teaspoons water. Set aside.
- Combine all ingredients. Dress with thinned out mayo. Enjoy!
